HOW TO ORDER:
1. Purchase the design by adding it to your cart.
2. When you click Add to Cart the ‘Personalization Box’ will pop up. Provide the name or other brief phrase (7 words or less, please) that you would like to have on your bag.
3. Using our Upload Page, please upload the photo you want printed on the tote bag.
THE PROCESS: We will email you a proof within 1-2 business days for you to review and make any changes. ONCE WE HAVE YOUR FINAL APPROVAL, we will start the printing process. Our final turn around time is dependent on your response time. (Additional fees will be applied for any additional proofing rounds other than the one already included.)
FINISHED PRODUCT:
• The final product will be a personalized canvas tote bag; 19" x 12" x 4" with a 10" shoulder strap
• All items will be mailed to the address on file
• WE MUST HAVE YOUR FINAL APPROVAL VIA EMAIL BEFORE PRINTING
• Items will be shipped 2-4 business days after final approval
• We have no control on delivery time frames after items leave our shop

Digital Listings: No physical items will be mailed to you. Printed/Shipped Listings: Orders are made based on date purchased. Currently we are only shipping in the continental U.S. The Patriot Barn is not responsible for any items (lost, damaged, or arrival date) once it's shipped. We cannot control any postal delays or mishandling of items.
Please be aware that we have a no-refund policy. WE WILL MAKE AN EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY IF THERE WAS AN OBVIOUS MISTAKE ON OUR PART. We value our customers and our ratings! If you have any issues with your order please contact us immediately.
