HOW TO ORDER:
Purchase item by Adding to Cart. The ‘Personalization Box’ will pop up. Here’s where you’ll provide the following information:
Any personalized info to be added to the portrait (Initials and/or name, date, and/or other brief phrase - 4 words or less, please).
Email photo to: creativebuzz@chasepress.com
THE PROCESS: We will email you a proof within 1-2 business days for you to review and make any changes. ONCE WE HAVE YOUR FINAL APPROVAL, we will start production process. Our final turn around time is dependent on your response time. (Additional fees will be applied for any additional proofing rounds other than the one already included.)
FINISHED PRODUCT:
• The final product will be a beautifully crafted reproduction of the photo/image you sent us along with design details as approved by you.
• All items will be mailed to the address on file
• WE MUST HAVE YOUR FINAL APPROVAL VIA EMAIL BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS
• Items will be shipped 3-5 business days after final approval
• We have no control on delivery time frames after items leave our shop

Shipped Listings: Orders are made based on date purchased. Currently we are only shipping in the continental U.S. The Creative Buzz is not responsible for any items (lost, damaged, or arrival date) once it's shipped. We cannot control any postal delays or mishandling of items.
